This Privacy Policy explains how ScaleIQ Labs (“SIQ Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when applications integrate with the SIQ Labs commercial infrastructure for authentication, hosted checkout, payment orchestration, and related services.
1. Scope
SIQ Labs is an infrastructure platform. Applications integrated with SIQ Labs remain the data controllers of their own customer, product, and order data. SIQ Labs acts as a data processor for payment orchestration and integration data described in this Policy.
2. Information We Process
- Application account information: name, environment, API key metadata, webhook endpoints.
- Payment metadata: application identifier, external reference, amount, currency, status.
- Integration diagnostics: webhook delivery attempts, audit logs, request timestamps.
- Authentication data used to sign into the SIQ Labs administrative console.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate hosted checkout, payment orchestration, and PhonePe integration.
- To generate, sign, and deliver webhooks to registered application endpoints.
- To secure the platform, detect abuse, and support compliance obligations.
- To provide support to authorised administrators of connected applications.
4. Payment Data
SIQ Labs does not store full card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials. Card data is handled by certified payment providers. SIQ Labs stores only tokenised references, transaction identifiers, and status metadata necessary for orchestration.
5. Sharing
Information is shared with payment providers (including PhonePe) strictly to complete authorised transactions, and with hosting and security service providers under written data-processing terms. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain payment orchestration records for the period required by applicable law and by our merchant agreements, typically a minimum of seven years for financial records.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, secret hashing, least-privilege access controls, and continuous audit logging.
8. Your Rights
