These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the SIQ Labs platform provided by ScaleIQ Labs. By enabling an application, generating an API key, or signing into the administrative console, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
SIQ Labs provides application authentication, hosted checkout, payment orchestration, PhonePe integration, payment status tracking, webhook delivery, API authentication, and payment links. Products, pricing, customer accounts, subscriptions, and business logic remain the responsibility of the connected application.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Access is limited to authorised administrators of ScaleIQ applications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and API keys and for all activity performed under them.
3. Acceptable Use
- No fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited transactions.
- No attempts to circumvent security, rate limits, or authentication.
- Compliance with all applicable laws, payment network rules, and PhonePe policies.
4. Fees
Fees, if any, are governed by the commercial agreement between ScaleIQ Labs and the operator of the connected application.
5. Intellectual Property
The SIQ Labs platform, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by ScaleIQ Labs and licensed, not sold, to you for use in accordance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleIQ Labs disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleIQ Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the platform, payment networks, or other users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
